Payments made for SaaS subscriptions, licensed products, or custom development services are non-refundable, except under conditions listed below.
If we fail to deliver a service as agreed (e.g., failure to deploy software or provide access to a platform within the promised time), you are eligible for a full refund.
If the delivered product or service is unusable due to technical issues on our side and remains unresolved within 5 business days, a partial or full refund may be considered.
In the event of a duplicate charge, the overpaid amount will be refunded after verification.
